Table Mounting Hardware Question

Our Clipper didn't have a table when we bought it. The floor has been replaced with tile and I want to convert a retro table we bought to a pole mount to fit where the old one was. Could someone tell me if the photo is the correct hardware to mount on the floor before I remove tile. I have this floor mount from an old 1978 RV. the hole diameter is 2 1/4 inches (i think the standard is now 2 inches) and the diameter of the entire piece is 6 1/4 inches. A photo would be great to show me the correct mounting location as perhaps the mounting hole is still there under the tile. I've looked everywhere online and can not find a photo! I would also like to build a ladder if anyone has a photo of the original. Thanks!
