It finally happened, I lost the large escape hatch on the way to Ft. Bragg.  Question:  the order form lists a forward escape hatch as a 13" X 22", yet mine measures 26" x 26" so had to buy from source outside the club. So where does the 13" one go?  Isn't that awfully small to escape through? Maybe a dumb question but am learning.  Annie Regan, ACOC#3045

Annie- As I understand it , some clippers came of the production line with non-standard escape hatches,as well as some other substitute parts on occasion. Then to others have been modified to provide a bigger hatch. The hatch listed in the Clipper order guide is the standard unit that nearly all clippers have #2626
