Interior door hinges

Hi,

I am having a problem with the closet door hinge sticking then actually the door coming off the hinge on a 21' rear bath. I have to lift the door and then open it.  What a pain!  I have tried raising the little ball bearing on the bottom with a screw which worked for a while but then the problem persisted.  Anyone ever experience this on their clipper?  I would appreciate any feedback!
