1975 clipper, ehgine operating temp???

I have a 1975 clipper, with a 360 engine. What is a normal temperature while driving. Driving around 55-60 mph, with no mechanical problems, or other problems. My clip is in tip-top condition. Was just wondering. I have an aftermarket guage on it. This past weekend I was running between 200 - 210 degrees.
