Question: I own a 79 American Clipper (Chevy Frame) with the A&E 12' Series 8000 Awning. I live in San Diego and looking for an inexpensive, but quality fabric replacement. Any ideas are appreciated.

Answer: A&E will sell the awning fabric only to fit their awnings. If you have never installed one before, I caution you, it can be dangerous, cause an inner spring is wound up tight and when that releases, you don't want to be in the way. And when you rewind it on installation, you have to know how many winds it takes. I would rather pay someone else to do it who knows what they are doing.
