Proud new owner

I just purchased a 1977, rear kitchen, 440 Clipper for $2300. I had to replace all of the tires, had it serviced, and am having the furnace repaired. I don't think I made a bad deal. The unit clearly hasn't had much maintainace in the last couple of years, but is overall in good shape. I threw the power stearing belt on the way home, but had a spare. Is this something I have to watch out for? Any other things that I should look for? Hope to see you on the road soon!
