Well folks:  It's that time of year again. Fall, school going on and Holiday time is right around the corner. I suppose with all that everyone had a good time in the Clipper this summer, I know we did. Took a couple or three trips with the boat for two week trips and caught lots of fish.
Gas price were not to bad, but when going for two weeks or more it really doesn't matter. Even pulling a 28 ft. pontoon boat I managed 6.5. Not bad for a 78--440. Hope all of you have a nice Holiday season and will always check in to read any new post. I've made a lot of improvements on my Clipper, just never seem to remember to post them or respond much. Although I have seen and read many post as to cost of things and say I feel real fortunate to live in Texas where prices for things for my clipper are available and not costly at all.
Happy Thanksgiving to all of you and a MERRY CHRISTMAS.

So, that's what I am getting 6.5 miles to the gallon.  Yikes!  Or I should say will get...I am still working on Rednecking It (that's its name).  It's in the shop right now for a carb job.  So where is Littleton Texas?  I am orginally from Corpus Christi.  Did you stay in Texas for the summer or go to other states.  My family in Texas think I should drive all the way from California to see them with RDNEKNIT.  Well, maybe not at 6.5 and gas prices now out here at $3.50.  I should have filled it up when they went down to $2.75.  Darn it!  Post your pictures on your email back to me if you can.  I think you click on additional options.  Mine are under the title email new paint job.
