cabover ladder

We recently purchased a 78 440 Clipper and previous owner could not locate the ladder originally provided to reach the cabover. Also the lamp covers for the bathroom light/vent are missing. My step is on it's last legs, I have seen an electric 2 step unit for $450. Any help on these items?

Any RV supply store has ladders (Camping World, etc.) - or make one yourself (2x2s and some screws and carpet remnants)

Step - see if you can fix yours - cruise junkyards and look for a dead motorhome - might be able to find a replacement?
