:D Just got my Thorley headers and man are they "beautiful"!!!  Made in USA even!  I ordered the thermal coated so I can do this once!!!  No rusting out issues.  They were in stock at Thorley on the shelf "COATED"!!!

They go on next weekend!  YEAH!!!

(to be continued!!!)

You will enjoy the headers Harry
I have had them on my 440 for a year now.
they were a bit tight on the right side lower arm support bracket. I had to cut about an inch from the flange of the bracket. yours may fit just fine-- could be just a quirk on my coach. I didn't go for the coating but Thorley nickel plates them anyway for corrosion resistance. Use as many of the original exhaust studs that are in the head as they are a better way to keep the headers tight and the bolts go directly in to the water jackets of the heads. I don't recall if I had to use any header bolts but if you do be sure and use a hi temp sealer on the threads to avoid any leaks. recheck the bolts a few times after you have ran the engine, I also used hi heat sealer on both sides of the gaskets before installing them. let us know how they fit for you.
