Hello everyone. Recently when adding some rails to the house battery box. Oh by the way  there like drawers rails which makes it real easy to get battery out to keep a check on water level. As I was saying, during this process I came across another wire that had benn cut off or never used. I have both that go to generator, one to the convertor, one from under hood to keep house battery cahrged while on road, but the third one is a mistery. Everything works like it should, and was just curious if onyone else had a third wire and knew where it went. Thanks to all.

Mine has a probe that sticks into the battery. It connect to the instrument panal over the frig and indicates when the water level in the battery is low.

There was a post a while back indicating which side of the battery you should insert the probe. Might wish to check that before you insert the probe into the battery. I can't remember which but if you put it near the + lead it stay illuminated or vise versa. Like, I said, you may wish to do a search first.

Thanks Ray----Now that i think about it I remeber someone talking about that and it just didn't soak in. Anyway, I don't have the probe so I will continue with my project of mounting the slide rails so i can pull the battery out like it was sitting in a drawer. Thanks again.

Did you get a new drawer. I don't have one and it's a pain to get at the battery.

If you changed yours and have a model # and place, I'd appreciate having the info!
