Is there any special tool to get the shower drain nut?    I have a hole under my shower for the P trap elbow but can't get slip point pliers in there to even take off the P trap compression pvc pipe joint.  

Do RV places usually have Thetford Aquamatic IV toilet floor seals?  
Nothing at HomeDepot would work....or even could be made to work as far as I could see.

My Blackwater tank to the plumbing leaks.  It has a large hose clamp.  Is there a way to stop it drippnig w/o taking off all the large PVC plumbing and using some type of sealant?    If so, what kind of sealant would work?
Just RTV?    Or is Glued ?  

Is there a seal on the blackwater tank where the toilet flange slides down  in?
It doesn't seem so on mine.    Just a tight plastic fit.    Is this right?

My CLipper has the add on rear box and sags in the rear add on frame, so I was lifting the wood up off the frame to shim in wood..... ( for now )
and THEN I discovered the bolt that goes thru the floor to the back frame is sandwiched between the two toilet floors......  Nice.

I guess the black water tank didn't stink too bad..... still pretty gross of a
project.    

Has anyone taken up thier toilet floor?    Did yours have newspapers crumpled up around the edges under the chalk caulk filler?   Just curious.

For what it is worth to you, here are some of the answers you are looking for.
1.  Any rv store will be able to help you with parts for your toilet.  
2.  Silicone caulk is what you need to seal the grey and black holding    
    tanks.  You need to drop them from underneath and re-do the  
    connections with this caulk.  This is also a good time to clean up the
    electrical connections on the fluid level sensors.  
3.  Removing the bathroom floor is a good idea.  It allows you to inspect
    a lot of plumbing.  I think I replaced the floor when I did it and
    covered it with tile instead of carpet.  It is much easier to keep clean!
    You need to remove the toilet and sink cabinet before working on the
    floor. 8)
