Hi Clipper Owners;

Well I have know found that i need to replace or repair the heater core.
Any advise would be helpful!!!!

I think you'll have to go to a salvage yard that specializes in light trucks and vans.  They'll probably want to sell you the entire unit which includes the a/c condenser as well as the heater core and blower, all contained that housing under the hood on the left side (as you face your vehicle).  It won't be terribly expensive to buy, but installation is NOT easy.
  I have a used heater core I could sell you, but you still have the installation to face.  Good luck with this.  Mine works fine now, but I struggled getting the old one out and "new" one in.

You have to remove heater assembly from vehicle to replace heater core
Disconnect battery
Drain radiator
Remove heater hoses
Disconnect temperature control cable from heater core cover,
also from blend air door crank
Disconnect blower motor wires
Remove two screws fastening heater to side cowl and four nuts to dash panel
Lift assembly from vehicle
Remove heater core cover
Remove two screws holding heater core to bottom of housing

Check with radiator supply shops.  I remember a place in Oakland, CA that had heater cores for everything.  This might have been the place:

If there is no longer any replacements, have a radiator shop replace the core of the heater core.  They can use the old end tanks, but I think you should be able to get a replacement.  There may be some place close to you.

A new heator core can be ordered from WWW.AUTOZONE.COM. they have them in stock I just checked my local store and the have it on the shelf.
