When I step on the gas from a dead stop, there is a loud pop from the front suspension. does anyone else have this condition? And is it something that I should have looked at.

Normaly a popping from the front end comes from the ball joints but it normaly happens on tite turnes try greaseing them all then bounce the front end real hard them regrease them again

You might investigat this.  I had a clank (metal to metal) noise in my front axels and could not find the cause. It would rattle every time I hit a bump.  It turned out to be the brake calipers. Someone removed the calipers and put the anti-rattle devices on backwards.  There was no spring tension holding the pads in place.
