This website's purpose is to share information with clipper owners and others who are interested in clippers or have old Dodge B300 chassis motorhomes.  In an attempt to share as much information as possible to as many people as possible PLEASE first post your questions in one of the forum boards rather than sending a PM to the webmaster or another member. This will allow other members to find information that may help solve their problem.  By PMing your questions, you decrease forum activity and create more work for active members who end up repeating information to individuals looking for the same information.  Thank you.

After doing much restoring to our 78 Clipper we camped for a week in Oregon.  Coming from No. CA we had some steep grades to pull.  We noticed a squealing belt at a speed of 60 mph on the flat and squealing on the grade pull at 40 mph in second gear.

After finding only one belt on the power steering we looked for double V pulleys and found one at an auto dismantlers.  It was a V pulley off an 85-86 Jeep Wagoneer V8 power steering.  It fits perfectly but the pulley is slightly smaller than original, however, original belts still work.  Engine is quieter.  Our next trip will let us know if it is a permanent fix.

Thanks for the post!
I am also fixing my squeal. I have found a dbl ford pulley but did not know that Jeep used them also, good job!
On mine, I determined that it is the drag of the fan causing the problem. I have never had a tight PS belt squeal, the pump will bypass before that happens. Please post your results and any other info you have.
