Coleman aircondioner quit working

Coleman airconditioner has always worked wonderfully. Suddenly will not turn on. Where do I start to trouble shoot so can have it work to sell it. My clipper was previousl owned by Mike & Alice Betzler and very well taken care of. She needs some one new to care for her.

A big thank you to Robert Anderson. Since he told me where the fuses are located we got the airconditioner running again. at least I know the problem is in the circuit breaker or fuses.
