Interior work

I am in the process of redoing the interior which includes some restoration work of basic components.  One of the items I have high on my list id the vent/escape hatch above the upper bunk area.  Has anyone had to replace this and if so, where did you get the replacement unit?

We also will need to install an AC unit.  Any advice on units and installation procedures is welcome.

Finally, we'll be replacing the carpet in Irv with Pergo flooring.  I'll post pics when we have that done!
