Has anyone moved the watertank on a rear kit. 21 ft. unit? I would like to replace the couch on the drivers side with two recliners and also replace the cab seats with swiveling reclining seats. I am open for idea's. I'm getting older need somthing that fits my body. I am also finding a lot of dust in the bathroom vanity cabnet under the sink, any Idea's?.....David ........77 440 Dodge 21 ft. I have seats out a custom Ford van in mine - high back with arm rests - very nice on longer drives as compared to stock Clipper seats.
They have the capability to swivel - BUT - at least in my 75 - no room to do so becasue of:
1) the doghouse
2) the structural framing behind both seats.

What I do when staying anywhere for more than a day or two is flip my passenger seat around, facing the rear of the couch - great for reading, watching TV, etc. I can't do it with the drivers seat (steering wheel)
Note that I have to physically lift the seat up (remove 4 nuts) and spin it around and put it in place - NOT swivel it around.
But like I have bragged before, I have had 6 adult males, all sitting in relative comfort in my Clipper watching the World series several years ago - try that in almost any other 20 foot 70s Class C - AND - every one of them could get up and get a beer, or go the the bathroom without having any of the other 5 get up!
Clippers are AWESOME!

Thank's Horst for the reply to my question on the front seats. I wish I could find someone that has removed the couch on the drivers side and replaced it with recliners......I like things to look as if it came that way when it was new...Looks like I'll have to figuar this out for myself....I am open for Ideas though. Thanks again Horst for your reply, sorry it took so long to reply. Phone line was down for a while........Skyloop/ David
