What Dometic Refer do I have? What is wrong with it?

Assuming it's the original, what model # Dometic is my refer?  I can't seem to find it anywhere, at least any # that matches the possible ones on the 'manuals' website.  
It is a 3-way, 110/12v/gas, but it seems the 12v does not work, I can't try the gas until I fix a leaky valve, and I can't trun it off when on shore power, then it seems no matter what I set the controls at, it stays about 20 degrees in the lower, and below 0 in the freezer.  I assume the thermostat is at fault, but I know nothing about these units.
