rear frame hitch/frame extension

I am looking for any body in the clipper club who can suggest a welder/shop located in the Bay Area that can tackle the job of replacing my frame/hitch extension. I am looking for references on your hitch/frame if you have had one installed. Please provide the name of shop, location, and the amount you paid, phone number if it is easly available to you.
