Have the recently bought 1977 rear kitchen model. Seems the only thing on the vehicle which does not work is the gas gauge. I crawled under her yesterday and found "INTEROL" and the letter "G" on the sending unit housing. My main MOPAR dealer says INTEROL is still in business and should be able to source a replacement but I have not been able to find a contact address or phone number. Anybody able to help on this one please ?

All the best

I too am looking for a fuel tank sending unit.  I have a customer with a 1978 motor home with the 50 gallon tank and we are trying to find a fuel tank sending unit for him.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.  If I find out anything I will post it here.  Thanks,  Mike

I have a 79 Clipper. The gas gauge was never accurate. I recently dropped the 50 gal tank and installed an aftermarket gauge and sending unit from NAPA for about $35.00. Now it reads almost accurate, except that the tank is "stepped" and therefore the first half holds about half as much fuel as the second half.
