Have A 1976 rear kitchen Dodge chasie. The passangers side sages alot more then the rest of the rear. The past onwers instaled a spring helpper. How to bring the rear end up?

Chris, There are many ways to lift a saggy rear end, but the only safe one is to have new leaf springs installed on both sides in the rear.
In any type of road emergency like a tire blow out or strong winds etc. you want to have good shocks, good brakes and good suspension (Springs)That would give you equal support.
Best regards.
