How to remove bathroom floor for water lines?

I had posted about my leak and didn't get any suggestions     I traced it to a black line with some sort of rusted compression fitting going to the hot water tank and lines in kitchen.  The line is leaking like crazy if you turn the water on.

Looks like I need to pull the bathroom floor to get to the water lines to replace them? But how? I am assuming toilet comes out (gross!) and does cabinet need to come out too?

Because the water connection is right at the opening of the wall between the bathroom and kitchens do I can't get my hands on it to repair it,plus it looks like the original line?

What the really stupid part is the previous owner paid a good amount of money to have shower and bathroom sink re-plummed and all new cold water lines were run in 2009 and in 2011 I paid the same shop a handsome ransom fee to fix a water leak and they didn't replace -again the original hot water line - double sigh 

Also the toilet was replace probably around 2004? How  find the model number?  My youngest son broke the hinge to the toilet seats are not falls off all the time 😣 I also assume I need to do a new seal when I pull it to get to plumbing? Are toilet seals specific to models or only brands? AND final question, the toilet do jiggle a little side to side is that a possible floor rot problem?
