I can't get the fan to run the defrost or the heater. It won't even turn on. I've checked the fuses and they are al good and yet nothing works. Any suggestions

I'd first go to the fan on the heater under the hood and see if I could get it to run by connecting the 12 volt input to the battery.  If you cannot make it run this way, the motor is bad and needs replacing.  If it runs, then you have either a switch problem or a connection problem.  You just have to search backwards to find where you are losing power.
