Hi all,
I have had my '79 Clipper for several years and have enjoyed it much. I was told last week that there was a American Clipper Club and found you. What a great site! Thanks to you for doing this. I have done tons of work to my home and need to do more but I think that's how it goes with a motor home... never really done tinkering with it. I have may questions to ask but not much time right now have to get to work. I may also be able to help with engine trans questions as I have been working on mopars for as long as I can remember.
Bfn Rodney

Thanks Bigray.
This is the place I have been looking for and I have already found some of what I was looking for. I am going to get the membership for sure and order some tail lights and decals for the coach. I was about to graft some tail lights on the back and was going to hate them.
I have been working on my home since I got it several years ago. I towed my race car all over oregon and idaho for a few years before pulling the engine and installing a fresh 440. Ahh now its running like a 440 should. While I had the engine apart I installed .030 over pistons, an RV cam Holley intake and what I am real proud of is a set of Doug Thorley headers. The 440 need to breath to run good. I was using the thermo Quad Card and have just replaced it with a 780 Holley. The Darn old carb was leaking fuel into the engine while setting and not only was thinning the engine oil down was making for a dry start every time the rig sat for a few days. I can't wait to get out on the road and test trive all of the improvemements I have done in the past few weeks.
I have several questions So guess I shoud post them in another forum
