Too many variables to give a an accurate answer.
Depends on
1) how fast you drive (most impact)
2) wind direction (if any)
3) how heavy are you (full water, tons of canned goods, 5 adults, etc.)
4) how well tuned is your rig
5) tire pressure
6) outside temperature
7) flat or hilly terrain
8) other factors.........

So, my guess?
If you drive 50mph, and it's cool out, and there is a slight tail wind, flat road, and your tires are inflated to the safe max limit, and you're running light, - then you might get 9.5 under those almost unreal conditions.

More realistic is no tail wind, and you're carrying food, water, family or friends, or both, etc.
Drive 55mph, and you'll likely get 8 or maybe a bit better  if you're tuned well.
Drive 65mph and watch your mileage drop to close to 6.

Andy!
Are your sure you're getting 13?!
Are you doing that math after a few Heinekens?!
Horst ...... but I did set mine to 8btc - heh heh.....we'll see how it does
