A good friend of mine, who is not a member of the ACOC (despite my nagging for a few years!) has decided to sell his Clipper.
I have seen many Clippers, and his is one of the cleanest, nicest units I have ever seen. It has the highly desirable and hard to find 821 FCIT floorplan.
It's a 1977 with a 440 with 63,000 miles.
Has an Onan generator. Both cab and roof AC work perfectly. Hitch has been properly reinforced for towing, and he had brand new guages put in for tranny temp, engine oil temp, etc.
Also has a new awning and carpets.
The fiberglass on this unit is almost perfect - probably the best I have ever seen, the paint is nearly as good.
Fully serviced recently with major tune-up, trans service, brakes, etc.
He is asking $8,000 - and it's worth it.

Like I said - probably one of the top 20 Clippers around.
I know of another one which may come for sale soon - mechanically solid - needs a bit of cosmetic love - 1977 440 rear kitchen - couch and dinette.
