Title: Emergency Brake Handle

Does anyone know where I can find an emergency brake handle.  I need the whole device that mounts on driver side wall and attaches to the emergency brake cable.   I have a 1976 Dodge 440

what is Pick a Part?  Junk yard?
any more details...     phone #'s or names.   anything is greatly appreciated.
