We are considering making the same trip that I bought her for: Wasilla to Juneau in august. ( it was actually Sitka, not Juneau, but that's splitting hairs ;))

My buddy drove his GMC to Alaska when got stationed kodiak.
He also a Puddle pirate.  I guess he had taken all sorts of extra
stuff like starters altinators plug wires and ten gals of extra gas.
Just be prepared for anything.  Happy driving!!!!! :) John

Don't think so, 1973....
He drove it back home when he got transfered
to SanDiego Ca.
Have you remodled the interior of yours???
