You should be able to get one from any reputable RV Dealership. I replaced mine last year and found it at a dealership close by.

THE CLUB HAS THE HARD TO FIND FRONT ESCAPE HATCH COVER AND THE COMPLETE HATCH. JUST CLICK ON THE FORMS SECTION TO FIND THE DIFFERENT PARTS AVAILABLE. THE REAR COVERS ARE EASILY AVAILABLE AT ANY RV SUPPLY STORE.

Well, if you have access to a brake bender you couldmake one out galvanized sheet stok stock

I made mine six years ago and it hasn't leaked like the plastic.

and it won't crack.
