Well I haven't really determined whether or not my converter/charger is failing or not - but I do know it's at least 14 years old..............so I'm seriously thinking of replacing it.

Converter/Charger Specifications
I'm thinking of  getting the Magnatek 7300
45 amp DC output
30 amp, 110V AC input

Does anyone have any experience with this model? Is it enough for my stock 1975 Clipper? I might want to occasionally run a 9inch TV/VCR off my dash lighter socket while on the road.

Thanks
