This website's purpose is to share information with clipper owners and others who are interested in clippers or have old Dodge B300 chassis motorhomes.  In an attempt to share as much information as possible to as many people as possible PLEASE first post your questions in one of the forum boards rather than sending a PM to the webmaster or another member. This will allow other members to find information that may help solve their problem.  By PMing your questions, you decrease forum activity and create more work for active members who end up repeating information to individuals looking for the same information.  Thank you.

just put new shoes on the baby.... All six tires! Since we've had our rig, the tires seemed ok, tread still well pronounced. After deciphering their true age I decided to replace the rears..then the fronts too. I looked into switching to the 16 inch rims, but I didn't see a cost benefit. Peace of mind perhaps that when on the road if needed your tire size can be found with ease.  But now knowing that Firestone still makes a 8.75R16.5 for RVs and can be usually ordered in a day's notice most anywhere, I stayed with the 16.5.  You've all heard the rumor...bigger is better lol!!
Just so you know, Firestone...a well trusted brand. Cost $1143. Out the door.
