Electrical panel not working unless using shore power and tail lights?

Yes, another issue - sigh - and thanks in advance for help!

Tail lights are out, but break lights are working.  At the same time the electrical panel, lights, water pump etc have  all magically stopped working unless you have a plugged into shore power with the outlet and then once you do that you can see the battery reading water levels all the other stuff that you have to be plugged into shore power for to work?

Also the outlet under the couch that's on the same side of the rig as  electrical panel is no longer working to but the other outlets are working.  Maybe just a  coincidence?

Does anybody have a suggestion for the electrical panel? And could it be something from the water damage that leaked in this winter? But I don't see you was working perfectly was plugged into shore power but not working when I'm trying to run it off of the marine battery but the marine battery is fully charged because you can see that level once you plug it into shore power.

Hi Robyn,
It's Alittle Hard To Trouble Shoot This Problems But Will Try To Address The Rear Tail & Brake Lights First.
1.) The Grounding Straps On The OEM Monarch 3 Light Sets. Sometimes Stop Functioning Due To Loose Connections & Bad Plastic Parts Broken.. :-[
Our ACOC Supply Officer Sells The New Grote Replacements For A. Real Good Price. & Ebay Also Has Them. & Adventure RV Tennessee. Part # 51342-5
It Is A lot Better To Go That Route Then Spent A lot Of Time On The Old Ones.

2.) Now On You Inside 12 Volt DC.
When You Are On 110Volt AC The Power Center Has Both 110 & DC
When You Are On 12 Vdc The Battery Applies Power 12vdc To Relay In Controlle Unit & The Contacts Close & Make 12vdc Output. Check Those Contacts. May Also Want To Check Breaks Are For 110vac & Fuses For 12 Vdc.
All Clipper Outlets Are 110Vac Power & Has 110 Vac GFI (Ground Fault Interrupter)  By Kitchen.

Hope That Helps.
