This is the new Tech Forum. I think we will all benefit by this new format. Some of the features that I think will make things easier.

1.Better Organization - Messages have titles, so it's easy to find things. This helps people looking for help find questions that have already been asked, and also help "the experts" find topics they are know about to offer assistance.

2. Topic move to the top as they are responded to. This keeps the freshest information at the top. Also if a topic raises a lot of response, then it stays at the top rather than dropping off the bottom where it gets forgotten.

3. SEARCH ENGINE - Once we have some information in here, we will be able to use the search engine to find information that would otherwise be long forgotten. This also helps people help themselves instead of having to ask the same questions over and over.
