Hi Bill,
What is Happening to Your Suburban Furnace?

If You Need A Complete New One, You May Want A RV Workshop Replace It..

The Unit Is I Think 12vdc, The LPG Line in Made To Fit The One You Orig.
Have. They Use a Flared Copper I Think 3/8",
It is Tee to Fridge, Unit Also.

I Have A 1977 Dodge 440 Clipper.
I Have Taken The Heater Vent Air Inlet Cover Off, by Side Entry Door on My Rig,That Is Where TheyWire The furnace Unit In Mine.

You Can Google Your Model # & Get a PDF of The Trouble Shooting & Parts.Manual..

I Try Not to Use Furnace Much Uses a lot of LPG,
I Bought A Small Catalytic Space Heater & Plug It Takes only a Few Min.
To Warm Clipper Up..

Now I Know They May Have A Replacement Unit It is Better To Have A Professional Installer, You Can Hold Them Responsible For the Job. You Want It Safe, LPG  is Nothing To Play With :-\

Hope That Helps, In Calif. We Have A Lot Of RV Repair Shops,
Also, Camping World May Do It. I Use Allied Trailer. Greg Is The Owner.
He Has A lot of Knowledge. Get a lot of RV Stuff From Him.
Also RV Adventure. will Have To Google There Contact Info In Your Area.

The fan won't run and therefore the pilot won't stay lit.   When shore power is available the heater in the roof unit is good enough...

Hi Bill,
Sometimes after a long period of time The Blower Motor may Need a little Oil.
Can You get Access to Fan?
I'm Down @ Mother in Laws & Not By My Clipper, will be Home Next Weekend, I Will See if You Can Get to Lube Fan.
I Think the Blower Motor is 12Vdc.. May Have The Manual I Can get you a few Scanned Photos of The Layout & Trouble Shooting Guide.

Are You Using Heat Element in A/c Unit?

Take Care,
Joe
