This website's purpose is to share information with clipper owners and others who are interested in clippers or have old Dodge B300 chassis motorhomes.  In an attempt to share as much information as possible to as many people as possible PLEASE first post your questions in one of the forum boards rather than sending a PM to the webmaster or another member. This will allow other members to find information that may help solve their problem.  By PMing your questions, you decrease forum activity and create more work for active members who end up repeating information to individuals looking for the same information.  Thank you.

I am interested in a Clipper nearby, thought I could get some feedback.  It is a 1979 Party model, plan #821 FCIT 21 foot.  It seems nice but I am nervous about the condition of it's electrical.  There seems to be a relay on the firewall that has two burnt wires about 12 guage I would guess.  The owner said it just happened after putting in a new battery.  I don't recall if it was coach battery or car.  Also, the monitor panel does not read any levels.  The only thing the owner said it did was activate the coach water pump.  He, nor the owners before him were part of ACOC.  Do you think it is small beans that this Clipper did not belong to members?  It does not have any newsletters or journals either.  We love the floorplan and appreciate the originality of the interior execpt for the mini blinds.  Is there an aftermarket or many parts Clippers out there for close to original interiors?

Thanks,
Tyler
