This website's purpose is to share information with clipper owners and others who are interested in clippers or have old Dodge B300 chassis motorhomes.  In an attempt to share as much information as possible to as many people as possible PLEASE first post your questions in one of the forum boards rather than sending a PM to the webmaster or another member. This will allow other members to find information that may help solve their problem.  By PMing your questions, you decrease forum activity and create more work for active members who end up repeating information to individuals looking for the same information.  Thank you.

I had to get my U-joints replaced on the way up here (NY), and want to get my tranny and axle driveshaft bearings/seals done at the same place on the way back, and just got off the phone with the shop.   They need to know what axle it is to get parts in so I'm not stuck there for days (the tranny one's no prob) - I just looked and can't find any "ID" on mine..... anybody know?

I'd sure appreciate a quick answer before I hit the road... thanx.  Andy

If you have a 76 Dodge with a 440 in it, you most likely have a full floating Dana 60 Heavy Duty  (9 3/4" ring gear) in your Clip.  At least thats what our has.

Bless you, bless you.. BLESS you  :D

I'll call the shop first thing in the morning with your info so they can get the bearings ordered in.  Mine's a 360, but I've been told the same axle was used.

Thank you VERY much, Andy
