Anyone have recommendations for a good brand of sealant to use on our "new" clipper?

Currently it has what looks like old selaant around the A/C, roof vents...etc. This looks like it has dried and become brittle. Did they not come sealed?

I will try and get a digital pics tomorrow.

Good old silicone rubber in a calking gun has always worked for me. I use a sharp wood chisel to carefully remove the old caulk and clean the surface with solvent, then apply the new stuff, being careful to cover the screw heads.
