So I was looking under my clipper checking things out and I found a water spigot before the wheels on the driver side. Is this an additional city water hookup spot or what? Thanks for any input.

That is the drain for your fresh water tank. CanineCaravan

Does this mean there are two drains to the fresh water tank? I know about the drain right under the fresh tank but this one was a little farther back.

Hi Clipperlover 10-04,

I Have A 1977 Clipper, I Have A Plastic Ball Drain Valve & Small 1/2" Hose For Draining Fresh Water Tank. Then In Rear Under Water Heater I Have 2ea. Outlet Drains, There Is A Brass Gate Valve Behind Hot Water Heater Inside Small Access Door Under Gas Range Oven. I Think It Is For Draining & Winterizing I Think You Fill With RV Anti-Freeze For Real Cold Area's.

SomeTimes You Have To Inspect Under Clipper Real Good, They Have & I Have Done A lot Of Rubber Under Coating, So It Is Hard To View. I Know Have Had To Replace Some Of The Bad Wood That Has Been Rotten By Bad Water Damage  Etc..
I Like To Lube, Driveline & Check Rear End Oil Level @ Least Every 6-9 Months.

Hope Any One For There Year & Floor Plans, May Want To Add How There Clipper Is Set-Up Under Clipper House. :D
