Post by: Clipper Joe on April 09, 2015, 09:21:55 PM
Hey Clipper Owners,

Just Wanted To Share This Product With You All. :D

I Know How Sometimes The Awful Odor That We Get From Our Holding Tanks, Black & Gray Water. These Tanks Have A Vent Pipe 1 1/2" Up Through Roof. Depending On Your Floor Plan. On My 1977 Dodge Clipper Rear Kitchen, There Is One By Ladder & Other On Right Side On Top Of Roof.

I Have Installed 2ea. Of These About 2 1/2 Years Ago, & I Was Surprised These Work Great. They Are Open All Around Vent Cap & Has A Plastic Screen Mesh To Keep Bugs Out, & Are Easy To Install, They Comes With Instructions. You May Have To Saw With A Hack Saw A 1" Or So Off Your Vent Pipe. It Comes With Butyl Seal Tape &  Screws & Small Sleeve For Your Vent Pipe Inside.

They Have A Few Other Types Like The One That Spends Around I Think Its Made By Camco, But I Have Used Them & They Do Not Work As Well As 360 Siphon Products Do. ;)  If You Want To Remove Those Nasty Odors, Get This Product. Can Be Bought By Any RV Parts House. They Are Priced Pretty Good On E-Bay. About $27.00-$35.00. You Will Have To Check But Most Clippers Have 2 Needed.

Hope This Helps, Happy Camping,

Joe

Just put a 90 degree elbow on it and face it to the rear. Works great.

Hi Larry Ray,
I Have Seen People Who Have Put 1-1/2" Black ABS Elbow On The Vent Pipe.

With These 360 Unit What It Does & Does It Real Well, It Is Open All Around It. And It Uses Counter Air That Goes In & Sucks All Fumes Out The Top.

My Brother In Law Has A Monaco 40' Class A He Has A Cyclone Style That Spends & The Air Is Sucked.
It Does Not Work As Well.

They Have A Promo On Marks RV Garage On Youtube, Has Some Great Info On His Site, Try To Check It Out. A Lot Of Good Info. ;)
