Magic Chef oven thermostat

Hi all.

Just got my '76 rear kitch/potty.  Got everything working, except for the oven (Magic Chef BT18G).  The pilot lights work, but the oven won't come on unless I keep a flame under the capillary tube where the secondary flame would go, so I suspect the thermostat, but a new Robertshaw is over $150.  Anyone have one or know of a source for used ones.. or reasonable repair?

This site is amazing, and you owners are just incredibly helpful from what I've read!!!  Proud to have gotten a Clip just to be joining y'all!!
