Window weatherstripping?

I can see a few spots where the window weatherstripping on our new Clipper is shrinking and I'd like to replace what I can.

Two questions:

1.  Is the black seal around the outsides of the windows available?  Or do people just seal them up with new caulk?

2.  Is the grey glazing/weatherstripping available anywhere else?  I just noticed that while the club has it, it can take 4 weeks, plus the time to process our membership application.  I really do appreciate that the club has these parts, but I need to get our Clipper sealed up before the rainy season hits here in the PNW.

Thanks,
Ian
