My wife saw a Clipper and fell in love with it, but it sold before she could get me back to look at it (<6 hours).  Would really like to have a 24 footer with the 3/4 bed since we are planning to live in it 4 months at a time. But would consider any other.  Needs to have a/c and a generator, since we will be in mostly primitive areas.  Needs to be ready to go as my Honey-do list is already too long.  Thanks.

It would be great to find one that is east of the Mississippi, since we live in Ohio.
